I had so much fun decorating my friend’s house for a casual teenaged Halloween night party for my friend Julie. She wanted more of her autumn decoration out and less Halloween this year. Here’s what we came up with…
The entry looks charming with lots of mums and bales of hay…and Jake the pup keeping his eye on me!
The foyer with a sparkly purple theme… 
a warm, cozy den with lots of pumpkins, a huge antiqued lantern with mini pumpkins,
and lots of snacks (and bowls of candy!
More bowls of candy on the dining room buffet candy bar. 
Creepy spiders at the mini bar… 
and another beautiful antiqued lantern to keep the fear at bay when the kids watch scary movies later that night. 
We can’t forget the garage where a ping pong table is ready for action.
We made chocolate covered strawberry ghosts!
John and Michael got to take the candy bar out for a test drive…
